I found out some VERY exciting news from Kenya today via Adele's blog. Silas (the father of the Sifuna children from the Ilula neighborhood) accepted Jesus as his savior!!!! Bwana asifiwe!!!! Please keep him in your prayers, as he is still in the alcohol rehab program and still trying to provide for his children. God is good!!!!

I grew up in a small town in Western New York, but I recently moved to Arizona to continue my education at NAU. I'm Theatre Education major with a minor in English Education, and I want to spend my life traveling the world using education and theatre to tell people about Jesus. If I could eat dinner with any three people, living or dead, I would choose to eat with Amy Carmichael, Elizabeth Elliot, and Audrey Hepburn. Take that for what you will. A lot of Christians would say "Jesus" if they were asked that question, but I can talk to him and be in his presence whenever I want to, so I would choose to spend time with some of my other heroes.
